I had my very first pet sitting job at seven years old and even worked at a zoo in NJ. During the course of my life I’ve had various pets including, dogs, birds, rabbits, ferrets, and or course cats. It seems while working at Michigan Ave I have developed into quite the cat lady, our resident cat Adam has a way of helping with that. Naturally, if you have a cat staying with us, I am definatley giving them lots of attention.

Working on a farm when I was younger solidified my passion for caring for and helping animals, but there was just an element missing from farm work that I found when I started working at Michigan Avenue Animal Hospital in May of 2015. As a receptionist, I not only get to help facilitate in the healing and care of beloved pets, but I get to connect and build relationships with our amazing clients as well.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, which consists of my wonderful husband, our young son Jacob and our two dogs (Delta and Pheebi). Reading mystery and thriller books is another guilty pleasure of mine I try to squeeze in between work and kids.
